Summer dinner courses with an adult 'camping' theme.

Thank you for your continued patronage of our hotel.

From 5 June 2026, the popular dinner courses will be renewed to summer specifications.

This summer's theme is 'Camping'.

The smell of the forest, the warmth of the bonfire, the cool air by the river.
Each dish represents a summer moment spent in the nature of Hakone.

Enjoy a seasonal dinner course with cocktail pairings unique to a bar hotel.

*This course is only available on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Amuse - Croquetta of wild boar as green moss.
Hors d'oeuvres - ayu fish terrine
Soup - Potage of grilled corn and pepper foam
Pasta - squid smelt and homemade dried tomatoes
Main course - barotine with Kanagawa chicken and foie gras.
Dessert - Peach Melba

Special dinner course of fillet of genuine Kanagawa beef / 7 courses.
Amuse - Croquetta of wild boar as green moss.
Hors d'oeuvres - ayu fish terrine
Soup - Potage of grilled corn and pepper foam
Pasta - squid smelt and homemade dried tomatoes
Fish dishes - Rotolo of swordfish
Main - wood-grilled fillet of genuine Kanagawa beef with straw and truffle sauce
